Rae-Lynn Dixon
Rae-Lynn Dixon is a 22-year-old Registered Veterinary Technologist who grew up on a horse farm south of Spruce Grove, Alberta. From an early age, she developed a deep connection to animals, particularly horses, which shaped her passion for agriculture and rodeo.
Throughout her youth, Rae-Lynn was actively involved in ringette, 4-H, and paint horse breed shows, fostering her skills in teamwork, leadership, and horsemanship. She is a graduate of Northwestern Polytechnic’s Animal Health Technology program and now applies her expertise in large animal practice, dedicating her career to the care and well-being of livestock and equine athletes.
Rae-Lynn is honored to serve as an ambassador for the Drayton Valley Pro Rodeo, where she proudly represents the rodeo community and the values it upholds. She is eager to embrace the opportunities presented by the Miss Rodeo Drayton Valley Competition, gaining valuable knowledge, experiences, and connections along the way.
With a deep appreciation for the rodeo way of life, Rae-Lynn looks forward to sharing her passion, connecting with fellow members of the rodeo community, and inspiring others to celebrate the traditions of the western lifestyle.
